Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Peak promotional periods may require additional processing time.
Shipping options
Available shipping methods and delivery estimates are shown during checkout. Delivery estimates do not include weekends or public holidays.
Tracking
When tracking is available, shipment details and tracking information will be provided after the order leaves the fulfillment center.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support as soon as possible if an address needs correction before shipment.
Delayed or damaged deliveries
If tracking has not updated or a package arrives damaged, retain the packaging and contact customer care with the order number and relevant photos.
Free shipping
Free shipping may apply when the cart subtotal reaches the threshold shown on the website, before taxes and after eligible discounts.
